Coach Bruno has coached at Point Park for 11 seasons to which he has completely turned around the program for the Pioneers into not only a winning team, but a conference power and national contender. He lead the team to a conference championship and to the national tournament in 2011 and 2014. He also previously coached at Waynesburg College where he turned around the program and won 2 PAC Conference championships in 5 seasons with the Yellowjackets. Bruno has been named a conference Coach of the Year 5 times and AVCA Northeast Region Coach of the Year in 2011. He began his collegiate coaching career as an Assistant Coach at California University of PA. His overall career record currently stands at 363-201 in 15 seasons.

Co-Director - Neal Brown
Assistant Coach - Upper St. Clair HS
Former Assistant Coach - Point Park University
After 8 years at Point Park, Coach Brown joined the staff at Upper St. Clair this year where he helped the Panthers to one of the best seasons in school history and their furthest run into the PIAA playoffs. At Point Park, he was an integral part in leading the team to their first-ever conference championship, a berth in the NAIA National Tournament and a 36-6 record in 2011 and again in 2014. Brown came to Point Park and P3R after coaching boys at both Mt. Lebanon and Upper St. Clair High Schools as well at coaching boys at the USAV juniors level. He brings a weath of knowledge and expertise at a higher level of play to P3R specializing in skill technique and game strategy. Prior to returning home to Pittsburgh, Coach Brown worked with the Penn State men's volleyball team helping them to EIVA championships as well as the NCAA semifinals.

Assistant Coach - Washington and Jefferson College
A P3R Alum, Coach Wengryn is in her second season as an Assistant Coach at Washington & Jefferson College where she helped the Presidents get back to the PAC tournament for the fist time in 4 years. Before coaching at W&J, Coach Wengryn was a standout middle hitter at West Virginia Wesleyan College. She was also a 2-time WPIAL Champion at West Allegheny High School as well as being named to the PVCA All-State Team.

Head Coach - Chartiers Valley High School
Coach Ferri, after completing his second season at CV, brings more championship experience to P3R after 17 years of high school coaching and most recently at Moon High School where he led the tigers for 8 years. Of which, they appeared in the WPIAL Class AAA championship twice and winning the title in 2006, along with two trips to the PIAA state tournament. He has also coached at New Brighton for 8 years and as well as at the middle school level and various levels of USAV.

Director of Volleyball Operations - University of Pittsburgh
Coach Kellen is in his second year on the Pitt staff, but is no stranger to the area's best volleyball. Before joining at Pitt, he most recently was the Director of Volleyball Operations and Sales Strategist at the statistical software company StatEasy while volunteering as an assistant with the Point Park University team. But before that, he was an Assistant Coach at UNC-Asheville, Robert Morris University, Duquesne University, Moon Area High School, and at Fox Chapel High School with their boys team. He also started the men's club team at Duquesne University and was an All-WPIAL player at Central Catholic.

14 Platinum Head Coach - Alex Hinsey
Head Coach - Upper St. Clair High School
Coach Hinsey enters his fourth season with P3R Volleyball Club. He is currently the Head Girls Volleyball Coach at Upper St. Clair where, in his first two seasons, lead the Panthers to their first two section titles in a few years and a return to the PIAA tournament. He is also the former Boys Volleyball Coach at Steel Valley High School where in 2014 rebuilt the historic program to their first Section Championship since 1985, and has previously been the Head Girls Volleyball Coach at Moon and Burgettstown High School. In high school, he helped lead Exeter to a PIAA State Title his senior year as the team's setter. He also was President of the Pitt Men's Volleyball Club for four years where the team finished top 25 nationally each year and in his final season was named an NCVF All-American as a Libero.
